Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of
- experience in real estate and/or healthcare finance, investment banking, development, or acquisitions, including at least 3 years in a business development–focused role Must be located in the Chicago, IL or New York, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and advance complex investment transactions Strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and demonstrated financial acumen Proven ability to build trust, influence, and communicate effectively and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a results‑oriented, collaborative environment High degree of professionalism, integrity, initiative, and accountability Strong interpersonal presence
