Responsibilities
- Responsabilities: Design, implement, and maintain standardized Talent Acquisition processes and workflows across regions.
- Establish consistency in hiring practices, intake processes, and execution across the organization.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in recruitment processes and implement solutions to improve operational performance.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems and reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and reduce administrative workload.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure hiring supports business priorities and timelines.
- Ensure proper use and governance of Talent Acquisition systems, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Support transition and optimization of ATS and related platforms (e.g., Paybooks).
- Maintain documentation, process standards, and operating procedures.
Requirements
- Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5–8+ years of
- experience in Talent Acquisition operations, analytics, or a related field
- Experience supporting high-volume or global hiring environments preferred Strong proficiency in reporting and data tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and operational optimization Desired Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Process-oriented with attention to detail and execution discipline Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate data into actionable insights Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
