• Want to be part of it? Role Purpose: The Collections Manager is responsible for leading Keyloop’s global collections function within a centralised Shared Services model, based in Prague.
• This role owns end-to-end collections strategy, operational delivery, and team performance, ensuring strong cash collection outcomes, reduced bad debt exposure, and a scalable, standardised operating model across all regions.
• The role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer teams to proactively manage customer risk, resolve disputes, and improve working capital performance.
