Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
Experience providing telehealth services

Our new tiered pay structure rewards clinicians who want to grow their caseload, with no cap on your earnings:
💵 $75–$90 per session, based on weekly caseload volume
🕒 Paid no-shows and late cancellations
🌐 $5 Bilingual session differential available for every session
🎓 $340 paid onboarding training stipend

We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to youth ages 11-24 throughout California.
In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to help students thrive.

Please note: This role is open to therapists who are fully licensed in California only; associate and provisionally licensed therapists are not eligible.

The more clients you see, the more you earn. A clinician seeing 20+ sessions per week can build a meaningful income stream without the administrative burden of running a private practice.
Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST
