Responsibilities
- Coach and train employees on Lean and GPS methodologies.
- Conduct audits and monitor process compliance.
- Support Daily Management Systems (DMS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify improvement opportunities and escalate risks when needed.
Requirements
- What You Will Do Support GPS implementation and sustainment across the Manufacturing Unit.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, VSM, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools.

Experience
- What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
