Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and all applicable quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor Quality & EHS performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Facilitate root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance.
- Oversee customer complaints, process deviations, risk assessments, and quality-related investigations to ensure effective resolution and learning.
- Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
- Develop and support the Quality & EHS team while working closely with Production, Engineering, and leadership teams to improve manufacturing performance, product quality, and safety outcomes.
Requirements
- experience in a manufacturing, quality, engineering, or related environment, with exposure to operational excellence, quality management, or continuous improvement.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams to achieve shared objectives in a supportive and inclusive manner.
- Experience supporting the development of others through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, helping individuals and teams grow and succeed.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver structured outcomes.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions, fostering alignment, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. Practical
- experience with Lean, TPM, GPS, or similar methodologies, including tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Pareto Analysis, SMED, DMAIC, and Gemba (Go See).
- Fluency in English and French, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
