Responsibilities

Drive the technical vision for our platform at HackerRank
Architect systems that can scale to hundreds of thousands of concurrent users
Execute product plans and manage delivery commitments for user-facing features
Mentor engineers and help them deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to build solutions that integrate seamlessly into the broader platform

Software has entered an era where humans and AI build side by side.
You will partner closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to ensure that community features are deeply integrated into the HackerRank ecosystem.
experience in designing enterprise systems, building highly-available, scalable, fault-tolerant, secure, distributed systems
experience of going in front of customers to explain the product and answering any technical queries
Hands-on technical depth in one or more modern programming languages, we are open to any language with strong emphasis on engineering fundamentals and scalable system design
Experience leveraging AI to build developer focused experiences.
Excel at designing scalable B2C platforms and building APIs and services that are reusable, efficient, and maintainable
