Responsibilities
- Support backend operations across digital platforms and internal systems •
- Monitor product performance and identify relevant digital or viral trend patterns •

Requirements
- Comfortable working with online platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting tools •
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment •
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics such as conversion rate, engagement rate, click-through rate, traffic sources, and product performance •
- Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms •
