- about the role: Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentations such as personal file updates.
- Help maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure data integrity.
- Assist the People Shared Services team to support urgent requests.
- HR Operations & Administrative Tasks: Support payroll and
- benefits administration by ensuring accurate data entry.
- Assist in preparing reports and compiling HR analytics for decision-making.
- Help update and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal reference materials.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the shared services team.
