Responsibilities
- - Lead the design and delivery of mission-critical backend APIs and services, with a focus on performance, security, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

- Responsibilities - Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and build features end to end with a strong focus on customer needs and product impact - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack — React and TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js and Express on the backend.
- experience for thousands of child care businesses - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team. - Interact directly with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs. - Proactively identify technical debt and drive improvements across both frontend and backend architecture.

- experience operating systems in the cloud (GCP preferred but not essential), including infrastructure, performance tuning, and reliability best practices. - Ability to ship quickly and focus on work that has the highest impact - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. - Demonstrated ownership of high-impact, complex projects from concept to reality.

- Compensation - The annual salary range for this position is $170,000 – $270,000, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. - Job level and actual compensation will be decided on factors including, but not limited to, individual
