Responsibilities
- Develop your sales and customer service skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.
- Make customer-focused decisions and do the right thing to create positive experiences.
- Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing required training modules.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: product placement, pricing, and restocking.
- Conduct weekly Cycle Counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assemble or pre-assemble bicycles and prep bikes for service by the workshop team—bike mechanic expe rience is highly valued.
Requirements
- While sales and customer service are your primary focus, this all-rounder role will also give you the opportunity to support our technical team and build skills in bike mechanics—experience in this area is highly regarded.
- Product Knowledge Learn about Trek bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
- What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be a bike expert—but you should bring energy, curiosity, and a desire to learn. Mechanical
