Requirements

- Experience: B achelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3 + years of leadership
- experience leading front‑end revenue cycle functions, including point‑of‑service collections and denial prevention.
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance Financial and project management
- experience required Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required Able to work in a fast-paced environment Certifications: CRCR certification required within first 9 months of hire (Ensemble supported) *

Experience
- experience 3+ years of Patient Access experience, preferably within a hospital or multi-unit health system Demonstrated

- This position pays between $92,400 - $120K based on experience, and is eligible for annual incentives.*
