Experience: B achelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3 + years of leadership
experience leading front‑end revenue cycle functions, including point‑of‑service collections and denial prevention.
Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance Financial and project management
experience required Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required Able to work in a fast-paced environment Certifications: CRCR certification required within first 9 months of hire (Ensemble supported) *

Provides vision, leadership and operational oversight for on-site Patient Access staff within a specific hospital or market.
Determines appropriate staffing levels, monitors compensation and strengthens recruiting and retention process.
This position pays between $92,400 - $120K based on experience, and is eligible for annual incentives.*
