Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting, structuring, and negotiating of complex commercial and procurement contracts with a diverse range of partners and customers from hardware suppliers, automotive OEMs, and other players in the AV ecosystem
- Navigate complex flow-down obligations between OEM customer agreements and sub-tier supplier contracts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, etc.) to lead key initiatives
- Support activities related to IP, Product, and Compliance as needed
- Create and maintain forms, playbooks, and training to improve consistency, execution speed, risk mitigation, and scalability

- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar Nice to have: •
- Experience with some combination of law firm and in-house work •
- Familiarity with automotive industry, supply chain, or tier-1 supplier dynamics
- Computer science or engineering degree
