Requirements
- The LDR’s job is to develop Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the inbound sales teams.
- What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job - 6+ months of SDR or BDR experience. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. - Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

- The Lead Development Representative (LDR) is a performance based role for someone looking to get their start in sales.
- An LDR’s success is based on both the quantity and quality of leads sent to sales.
- - This position will be hybrid: MTW 8am-5pm in office, Th/F flexible WFH after training - Reports to: Director of Sales Development and Operations What You Will Own - Make outbound calls to prospective customers that submitted a demo request.
- - Take inbound phone calls from prospective customers.
- - Handle inbound chats from prospective customers.
- - Generate interest from prospective customers that originally were not ready to see a demo.
- - Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers and drive resolution.
