Consumer Care Sleep Coach

  • Advocate and educate consumers on continued use of ResMed products throughout their sleep health journey to foster brand loyalty and consumer advocacy.
  • Maintain strong commitment to achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets while consistently delivering excellent consumer experiences.

Requirements

  • experience across all interactions and channels, aiming to meet consumer needs at the first contact.
  • experience in a fast-paced inbound or outbound telesales environment.
  • Proficient with technology including MS Office, CRM systems, and phone platforms.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Preferred
  • Understanding of Australian Consumer Law related to retail and manufacturing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Ring Central Phone Systems, and MYOB. Demonstrated
  • experience in handling consumer complaints effectively.
  • Adaptability to work various shifts, including weekends, and operate independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Take ownership of the consumer’s omni-channel experience, nurturing leads from initial inquiry through sales processing and after-sales support.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening capabilities.
