About the Role As Principal Product Manager for the Workday Build developer platform, you will own one of Workday's most exciting challenges: transforming our invite-only developer platform into an open frictionless launchpad for anyone to build enterprise AIs.
experience in software product management, Demonstrated success building, scaling, and driving adoption for technical tools whose primary users are external engineers, developers, or system integrators.
Experience using AI-powered tools and platforms to inform product decisions, accelerate workflows, or enhance user experience. Other
Platform engineering literacy: Deep, hands-on familiarity with APIs, web services, authentication protocols, integration patterns, and enterprise SaaS platform governance models.
Human-AI collaborative workflows:
Product lifecycle stewardship: A record of managing a platform product from initial discovery and technical scoping through launch, user acquisition, and continuous data-driven optimization. Prior
experience growing B2B SaaS partner ecosystems or developer advocacy networks is a plus. Familiarity with modern developer
