Requirements
- Experience: Must have a bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience in the Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT industry. 4+ years of relevant business
- experience including at least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Experience with implementation of healthcare software solutions.
- Ability to solve problems holistically.
- experience in a Coordinator or Implementation role.
- Supporting all type of Essentials Pro and Trading Partner implementations, managing escalations, and partnering with Sales, Support, Success and Product leadership to ensure best practices.
- Video participation is required to ensure that only authorized personnel are present in meetings and to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, preventing social engineering, or the sharing of confidential information with non-participants.
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
