- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences — from engineering teams discussing SQL-equivalents and machine learning algorithms to executive stakeholders and customers

- In this role, you will be responsible for: Defining the vision and roadmap for Data Cloud and Prism's data processing capabilities, driving alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization Partnering with design, engineering, data science, and other product managers to evolve Workday's analytics platform, with a focus on delivering intuitive, no-code ETL experiences for data engineers and business analysts Diving deep into customer use cases to understand how they leverage the platform

- As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
