Execute and validate loan lifecycle events such as fundings, paydowns, interest accruals and payments, fees, amendments, assignments, and settlements.
Perform daily reviews and reconciliations of loan activity.
Review work completed by junior team members and provide coaching.
Train and mentor junior loan administration staff.
Maintain and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support SVP‑led initiatives related to process improvement, system enhancements, audit preparation, and operational scalability through hands‑on execution and subject‑matter expertise.
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 8–12 years of
experience in loan administration, loan operations, or investment operations within an asset manager, bank, or financial services organization.
Working knowledge of Wall Street Office (WSO) or a comparable loan administration platform.
Strong understanding of loan lifecycle events, including funding, paydowns, interest, fees, amendments, and settlements.
Experience supporting leveraged loans, private credit, or syndicated lending portfolios.
Skills Strong understanding of loan administration processes, controls, and data flows.
Ability to train, coach, and oversee junior staff effectively.
Proficiency with loan systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Reporting to senior loan administration leadership, this role combines hands-on loan administration
