- Familiarity with various international education systems, admission processes, and visa
- Experience using CRMs, AI tools, and Google Workspace products Ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.

- You will do this by providing personalized service to international students through the likes of phone, email, WhatsApp, our CRM, and other communication applications and tools.
- This is a high-performance, individual contributor role with the primary goal of achieving ambitious student enrolment goals.
- What you'll be doing everyday: Advising Students: Using your strong sales skills to provide tailored advice to international students on suitable schools and programs based on their academic history, career goals, and admission probabilities.
- Application Guidance: Assist students in understanding and navigating the application process, including gathering required documents (e.g., transcripts, language tests, resumes, statement of purpose), understanding deadlines, and next steps along the way.
- Communication: Engage with students via phone, live chat, and email to answer queries, provide updates, and offer support throughout the application process.
