Summary Perform advanced administrative duties requiring a good working knowledge of CAE’s operations and a detailed knowledge of the TMS and Training Support.
  • Requirements High School diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree in administrative field preferred. 5-7 years administrative/secretarial experience, with 3-5 years at an advanced executive level Due to U.S.
  • Preferred Skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
  • Must be able to effectively deliver oral presentations to management and customers Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision Must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Must be willing to work any shift or day of the week as required.
  • Understanding of military protocols and customs is essential Security
  • Must be able to walk and/or climb stairs and ladder into a simulator or airplane cockpit.
