Senior Analyst Finance

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with financial processes as well as adherence to established corporate policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
Support Loss analysis, FI pillar and plant optimization analytics.
Coordinate year-end stock counts and WIP valuation, support controlling and external auditors, and manage plant waste reporting and forecasting.

What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 2-4 years of
experience in financial analytical skills, factory accounting and clear business acumen.
Ability to analyze and explain financial results and forecasts, with strong understanding of Goodyear’s products, policies, business practices, and support structure.
Strong PC skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid knowledge of relevant systems (SAP preferred).
Strong sense of urgency, able to manage multiple priorities, with effective communication and active listening skills.
