- experience in management consulting, strategy, or a high-velocity operational role - Proven track record of owning and delivering cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders - Strong structured thinking - able to break down complex, ambiguous problems and build clear frameworks for action - Exceptional communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to influence without direct authority - Comfortable wearing many hats and shifting between strategic advisor and hands-on executor
- Experience in an internal strategy or BizOps function at a fast-growing company -
