Responsibilities

Own the platform from zero: design and implement integrations, connectors, and workflows across internal systems (CRM, billing, HRIS, planning tools).
Lead the technical direction: define architecture, standards, and best practices for reliability, maintainability, and data consistency.
Ship features : build end-to-end web apps with a pragmatic approach to delivery and iteration.

experience in modern programming languages and frameworks (Python, TypeScript, React...), you're comfortable building web apps end-to-end.
Experience with LLMs / agentic workflows.
Exposure to market-leading SaaS business systems (Salesforce, Atlassian, Oracle, etc.).
Familiarity with infra & operations (Docker, CI/CD, K8s…).

As our first hire in Enterprise Agents, you will balance hands-on work with technical direction, partnering with C-level stakeholders, and growing the team over time.
You’ll turn complex workflows into scalable software: integrations, connectors, and dashboards that make information flow across Mistral. What you will do
Stakeholder leadership: partner directly with CFO, CTO and team leads to gather requirements, prioritize, and translate business needs into software.
Org enablement: deliver sleek, self-service tooling and dashboards that reduce manual work and accelerate decision-making across teams.
Technical Leadership: help shape the hiring plan, mentor future teammates, and evolve into the team’s Tech Lead as we grow. About you
