Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse service KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Review casing processes, including FOS data accuracy, removal reasons, and tread depth validation.
- Ensure adherence to fitment policies, tyre husbandry standards, and pressure maintenance requirements.
- Support onboarding of new PPK fleet vehicles, including inspections and account setup readiness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver service level expectations and operational improvements.
- Promote adoption and correct use of Goodyear systems and tools (e.g., eJob, FleetHub, SL24, Work To Do List).
- Recommend and support implementation of service improvement actions and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as part of the role. 3–5 years of
- experience in tyre services, commercial vehicle tyre management, or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and trailers.
- Confident analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Clear and effective communication style, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
