Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Coordinate interview panels and ensure a seamless candidate
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in ATS systems, preferably Workday.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- experience throughout the hiring process.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 4–8 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a product, SaaS, fintech, or technology organization.
- Strong understanding of software engineering and other technology roles. Hands-on
- experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, job portals, and ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
