- As a Supply Chain Specialist II/III, you will apply fundamental judgment and evaluation to support our procurement processes while you build and maintain internal customer and vendor relationships to meet the business need!
- Experience: Supply Chain Specialist II Required: High School diploma/GED and a minimum two (2) years'
- experience Preferred: Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a technical field Supply Chain Specialist III Required: High School diploma/GED and a minimum four (4) years'

- Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills Functional knowledge of power generation electrical equipment including transformers, generators, high‑voltage components, and switchgears to support sourcing decisions, vendor selection, lead‑time mitigation, and asset‑criticality planning Understanding grid connected power generation and renewable energy assets from a supply chain
- experience managing procurement and strategic sourcing for electrical equipment and services by issuing RFQs, evaluating suppliers, leveraging industry relationships, and negotiating commercial terms to ensure availability, reliability, and cost effectiveness
- Experience supporting procurement readiness for commissioning and startup activities by ensuring vendor availability, service alignment, and material readiness in coordination with Operations and technical stakeholders Ability to manage high‑volume procurement activities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong organization and time‑management skills High attention to detail with proven accuracy in data, pricing validation, documentation, and invoice reconciliation
- Experience researching vendor pricing, analyzing historical purchasing data, and applying analytical skills to identify pricing discrepancies and delivery risks Strong knowledge of procure‑to‑pay processes, including RFQs, agreements, purchasing, expediting, and reconciliation, with vendor negotiation
- experience Preferred: Familiarity with ERP, procurement, and supply chain systems (Oracle, SAP);
- experience with operational management systems such as Maximo and inventory/warehouse processes Shift/Work Hours/Travel
