Responsibilities
- Responsibilities Develop and review test strategies, test plans, and test cases for core products and customer deliveries Plan, estimate, execute, monitor, and report testing activities for internal and external software releases Write and review documentation, including user manuals, integration guides, training materials, and test reports Coach, guide, and support team members in test-related activities Recommend release adjustments related to scope and schedule based on software quality and business
Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of training and
- experience in software testing or verification and validation At least 1 year of
- experience working in a highly regulated environment (e.g., transportation, aviation, health) Demonstrated writing and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Collaborative mindset and continuous learning orientation Bilingualism (English & French) required Preferred
- Experience leading a software test team for an embedded product
- Experience using IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
