Responsibilities
- Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs.
- Prepare student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
- Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.
- Prepare reports and monitor training tasks in support of the goals of the Contractor Program Manager and the government sponsor(s) using standard training standards and software and hardware programs such as modeling and simulation and prototyping efforts.
Requirements
- experience supporting the Department of Defense to design, develop, and deliver training programs for an SAP ERP environment.
- requirements Work in multi-disciplined teams to define and design processes and procedures for the training solution in SAP and related application systems Prepare progress reports for internal leadership and for client and monitor project progress Mitigate risks, address issues, interface with clients, and keep the leadership informed on project status Develop basis of estimates and program schedule for multiple training alternatives as needed Support white papers, root cause analysis, other solution
- experience as a training specialist in ERP environment 2 years focused specifically on SAP environment 1 year SAP training
- experience in FI, CO, FM or Supply Management.
- Experience in agile development implementation process, preferably SAFe and/or DevSecOps. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
