- This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to operate across multiple time zones, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to execute transactions and support corporate operations while managing complex legal and commercial risk.
- Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines.
- WHO YOU ARE - Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country. - 6-10 years of
- experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel. - Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Additional language skills are meritorious. - Strong
- experience leading due diligence processes and drafting and negotiating transaction and financing documents across buy-side and sell-side mandates.
- Experience with regulatory matters, including competition law, foreign investment review, or financial regulation relevant to M&A and financing, is meritorious.
- You have a keen interest in AI and legal tech, and are eager to learn and apply these tools to M&A and corporate workflows in real-world settings.
