Associate Manager, Paid Social

Responsibilities

  • Execute and Optimize Paid Social Campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social channels.
  • Monitor performance, implement optimizations, and ensure campaigns are aligned to client goals and business objectives.
  • Build Strong Client Partnerships
  • Support client communications and presentations by translating campaign performance into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Build trust through responsiveness, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Drive Performance Through Analysis
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop testing plans, evaluate results, and make data-driven recommendations that improve performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
  • Partner closely with Creative, Analytics, Strategy, and other channel teams to develop integrated marketing approaches and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Support Team Growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, test new platform capabilities, and support broader client business objectives.

Requirements

  • experience in paid social, digital media, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment Hands-on
  • experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, or similar channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations •
  • Experience supporting client communications and presenting campaign results to internal or external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines

  • The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
