Requirements

- Experience supporting operations, products, services, or functional areas related to the team supervised.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology systems.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
- Fluency in the English language required.

- As a Operations Supervisor you will lead the day-to-day activities of a business unit, ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and a positive customer experience.
- This role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating resources, resolving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining alignment with company goals and service standards.
