- JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY: Assist the Event & Retail Manager to cost-effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through the following marketing tactics: events/shows, showrooms, corporate partnerships, retail partnerships, community groups, HOA's, company-created events and more.
- Please note: this position has a significant weekend work requirement of a minimum 40 partial or full weekends per year.
- And requires travel throughout the service area: Twin Cities PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Classroom training. Teaching staff methodology, rebuttals, process and procedures.
- Manages the department calendar including; negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment.
- Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities based on established objectives, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details.
