Senior Specialist - Data Management - Footwear Costing (12-month contract)

Responsibilities

Own and govern end-to-end costing and operational data across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and scalability
Lead and manage data-related projects from initiation to completion, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and delivery
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation plans
Drive system enhancements and process improvement initiatives, including requirement gathering, testing (UAT) and rollout
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across data workflows and reporting processes
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and contribute to the development of new policies where needed Your story 6-8 years of

Strong understanding of costing processes, supply chain data, or product lifecycle management is preferred •
Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, matrix organizations
Advanced proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar) •
Experience with ERP, PLM, or costing systems is a strong advantage
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions •
Experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
