- ABOUT THE POSITION Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company, providing a unified identity layer for infrastructure (humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents) secured cryptographically.
- Experience working on products in the security, identity, or DevOps space is a strong plus.
- experience where you personally designed and built production frontend for web properties.
- You must do both, and your portfolio must demonstrate both. - You produce high-fidelity design work in Figma (or equivalent) that is ready for stakeholder review and does not require a separate designer to refine. - You write production-quality code in React (Next.js preferred), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind or similar).
- experience taking input from both Marketing and Product stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and translating that input into design and development decisions.
- You are comfortable being the only person responsible for a site's design and code. - You actively use AI tools to accelerate your design and development work.
- This means more than casual use of chatbots. You have hands-on
- experience integrating AI into your production workflow, for example using Figma MCP with Claude Code to go from design to code, using AI coding assistants to scaffold and iterate on frontend components, or using AI to generate and refine visual assets.

- Experience with motion design and interaction animation (Lottie, Framer Motion, GSAP, CSS animations) that enhances usability and storytelling - Familiarity with infrastructure, security, or DevOps tooling.
