Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to achieve critical project goals in schedule, cost, safety, quality, reliability & robustness performance.
- Spearhead rigorous design reviews to proactively mitigate & address technical risks prior to tool release approval.
- Drive departmental initiatives for engineering excellence, continuous improvement & innovation by establishing & institutionalizing key design best practices, DFMEA, DFM & DFA.

- Requirements Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. A Master degree (MSME or MBA) is a strong plus. 10 years of
- experience in mechanical product design & development, with min 2-3 years in management role.
