Requirements
- In this role, you’ll design and maintain engaging product training for Weave’s SaaS platform—helping customers and employees gain confidence using our tools.
- WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO ACCOMPLISH THE JOB - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-through. - Eager to learn new tools and technology (Snag-It, Camtasia, Scribe). - Able to collaborate well with multiple teams and adapt to shifting priorities. - Foundational understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles. - Passionate about using creativity and technology to make learning simple and effective.
- Experience creating or maintaining online learning content in an LMS. - Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Scribe, or similar eLearning tools. - Prior
- experience developing product training at a SaaS company. - Certification or degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field. - Internship or project
- experience in instructional design, training, or eLearning.
- Employment with Weave is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

- About 80% of your time will focus on developing and updating courses in Articulate Rise, with the rest spent supporting our LMS admin and broader training team.
