Campus Hospitality Concierge

Responsibilities

  • Experience providing front-line, customer-facing support in a professional environment Basic technology aptitude and first line-line troubleshooting capabilities Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to deliver responsive, on-demand support in a fast-paced setting Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, customer focused environment and adapt to changing needs with a high level of professionalism
  • Experience supporting meetings, event, or conference center operations Familiarity with conference room scheduling or workplace management systems (e.g., EMS or similar platforms)

  • Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience. $52,440.00-$99,100.00 Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of
