Responsibilities
- Build and maintain knowledge of our technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends
- Drive effective discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals in to provide them the appropriate resources and communicate how Grafana can help them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to win as a team
Requirements

- Today, more than 35 million users and 7,000+ customers – including Anthropic, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce – trust Grafana Labs to ensure reliability of their applications and systems, resolve incidents quickly, and optimize their telemetry to reduce noise and cost.
- You will need to research and have a detective mindset in order to craft thoughtful, value-add messaging; and you’ll need to be confident driving business conversations on the phone. You will need to know how to use AI as a tool to constantly improve your productivity.
- Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize many tasks and demands
- Willingness and ability to take on any task - no matter how small or big - with a focus on quality
- Grafana Labs may utilize AI tools in its recruitment process to assist in matching information provided in CVs to job postings.

- In the Netherlands, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is 58,750 EUR - 61,850 EUR.
