- Role Overview Candescent is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Hyderabad center across Product, Engineering, and Technology functions.
- You will report to the VP – HR and work closely with global HR teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement HR programs, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee experience.
- Experience: 6–10 years in HRBP roles, preferably in technology-driven organizations. Key Responsibilities 1.
- Strategic HR Partnership Act as the primary HR partner for Hyderabad-based tech teams.
- Provide advisory to managers and leaders on workforce planning, team effectiveness, and organizational development. 2.
- Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives are well-integrated into business plans.
