The position requires the ability to work in both office and active site environments and may involve travel as project needs evolve.

Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a greenfield aggregate operation with rail infrastructure in Troy, OK.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, disciplined project execution, and the leadership capability to coordinate diverse stakeholders while driving performance.
This position offers a unique opportunity to build a substantial aggregate operation from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large greenfield aggregate site and aggregate terminal from concept through commissioning Own project scope, engineering design, construction execution, schedule, budget, and risk management while ensuring safety and environmental compliance Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including engineering, operations, contractors, and regulatory agencies Drive contractor performance, procurement strategies, and on‑site construction
AutoCAD, AggFlow, and QMS for Railroad track design experience preferred.
Work Environment This role is based at a greenfield project site and involves regular interaction with construction teams, engineering partners, and operations leadership.
