Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with business and technology goals •
- Manage supplier relationships, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations across assigned categories •
- Monitor supplier performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities related to delivery, quality, ESG, and cost competitiveness •
- Support sourcing activities for business-critical suppliers, including electronics, external control electronics, and quantum component related suppliers •
- Support smooth order-to-delivery processes and help resolve operational sourcing challenges when needed •
- Ensure suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and ESG requirements
Requirements
- Relevant degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field • Extensive
- experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management •
- Experience working with technical products, electronics, microelectronics, manufacturing, or similar industries •
- Experience working in a fast-growing technology company or international environment •
- Structured and proactive way of working with the ability to deliver in a changing environment •
- Familiarity with supplier risk management, ESG requirements, or quality driven sourcing •
- Experience supporting complex or highly specialized supply chains •
