- This is a fully onsite role, five days per week, across multiple hospital locations in the Greater Boston area.
- You will be physically present, engaging employees in real time.
- Success will not come from passive tools or awareness campaigns. It will come from trust, presence, and action.
- As an On-Site Employee Wellbeing & Enrollment Specialist, you will be the face of Wellist on the ground—meeting employees in real moments, earning their trust quickly, and helping them take the first step toward accessing resources to help them thrive.
