Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio modernization initiatives, driving adoption of enterprise solutions and enhancing product offerings.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Own and drive the product roadmap, incorporating input from internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.
- Report any fraudulent messaging as phishing or spam.

- Partner with go-to-market teams to support product positioning, adoption strategies, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS product management, market dynamics, and customer-driven product strategy.
- Experience in supply chain, fuels, or data analytics domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers, growth, and profitability.
- Experience with market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning methodologies.
