Support on the content of written and verbal informal performance feedback, coaching plans, and/or behavioral/formal improvement plans

experience in an HR Generalist role in Japan.
Fluent Japanese and business-level English (written and verbal) are required for communication with global stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR
experience within a global SaaS organization •
Experience using G-Suite, Workday, Culture Amp a plus •

Partners on annual programs owned by other teams, such as annual compensation reviews, policy changes/rollouts, engagement survey, and annual performance review process
Provides administrative support for monthly payroll processing and social insurance procedures (Shakai Hoken).
Solid understanding of Japanese labor laws and social insurance systems.
