Responsibilities
- you will: - Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with the organization's goals and values - Partner with executive teams, human resources, and team leads to develop clear, compelling messaging, materials, and event content around priorities, organizational changes, and business results - Design and execute internal forums like all-team meetings, company-wide offsites, team updates, and news roundups - Co-design principles and practices for how we use internal communications
Requirements
- We’re training and deploying frontier models for developers and enterprises who are building AI systems to power magical experiences like content generation, semantic search, RAG, and agents.
- We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI.
