Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery life cycle including production readiness, monitoring, and support.
- Ensure that features and services delivered by the team meet performance, reliability, and security expectations.
- Maintain accountability for addressing production issues, driving RCAs, and implementing long-term fixes.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable software components that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support modernization of existing integration components into cloud-native, reactive architectures.
- Collaborate with SRE and operations teams to improve system reliability, observability, and operational workflows.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and engineering best practices.
- Improve developer productivity through tools, automation, and CI/CD pipeline enhancements.
- Promote the adoption of observability, proactive monitoring, and automated quality checks.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on design patterns, testing, debugging, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with Solution Management, Product, Security, and Platform teams across the organization. Basic

- Staff Software Engineer (Microsoft, AI‑Assisted Development) LOCATION: Hyderabad, India GRADE: 13 Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility The primary responsibility is to develop high-quality, scalable software solutions as a contributing member of a highly motivated Agile engineering team.
- This role will leverage modern AI-assisted developer tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering velocity. Key
- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar GenAI IDE assistants to accelerate coding, refactoring, and test generation.
- Stay current with AI, software engineering, and cloud-native trends , disseminating knowledge and defining best practices.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 10+ years of
- experience in the preferred technology stack: Core Technologies Microsoft Full stack design & development Microsoft .NET 8.0 or above, C#, C++ AngularJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, Typescript, Angular 15 and above Object Oriented programming Windows programming
- Experience developing Web based applications using HTML 5 & OAuth2 API based design and development using REST & SOAP frameworks
- Experience in deployment and troubleshooting in K8 environment Good hands-on database on relational database like - SQL Server, Oracle Expertise in design patterns like – MVC, Microservice architecture Deep understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience operating in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of agile development principles.
- Distributed systems fundamentals Kubernetes, Docker, containers Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma Lean principles.
- AI & Modern Engineering Skillsets (New) Hands‑on
- experience using AI coding assistants such as: Microsoft Copilot / GitHub Copilot Cursor or equivalent AI‑first IDEs
- experience in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration and mentoring skills Hands-on
- experience with logs, metrics, traces, and troubleshooting production incidents. Exposure to Continuous Improvement and Lean / Six Sigma principles Preferred
- Experience across multiple SDLC models, preferably Agile. Knowledge of software development standards, protocols, and secure coding practices.
- Experience developing accessible web applications .
- Experience with modern development and delivery tools: Jira Jenkins Git / Subversion JUnit Exposure to AI‑powered DevOps, AIOps, or intelligent monitoring tools is a plus.
- Green Belt or Black Belt CI Certification.
