Responsibilities
- Own operating expense planning and forecasting for the Sales organization, with a focus on personnel costs and other discretionary spend.
- Own the ACV forecast by tracking bookings, analyzing pipeline trends and key business drivers, and reporting performance against targets across segments and regions.
- Support the month end close process by analyzing actuals, investigating variances, partnering with Accounting, and delivering monthly and quarterly financial reporting and insights against plan.
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models that support strategic planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting, and forecasting through automation and process enhancements.
- Support strategic initiatives, ad hoc analyses, and executive requests while developing and tracking key operational and efficiency metrics to drive business performance. WHO YOU ARE
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable business insights
- Experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Pigment, Looker, or NetSuite is a plus

Experience
- 3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company

- For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $64,000 and $101,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $73,000 and $104,000/year (including bonus or commission).

- The Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our growing FP&A team as the primary Finance Business Partner supporting the Sales organization.
- In this role, you will partner closely with Sales leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision making.
- You will own the planning and reporting of ACV bookings, operating expenses, and headcount while delivering insights that help optimize business performance and support the company's growth.
- Reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager supporting the Revenue organization, you'll collaborate across Sales, Operations, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams.
