Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine sampling and testing of materials to ensure product quality and compliance including sieve analysis, gradation checks, moisture content tests, and other aggregate-related tests.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying quality issues and contributing to corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams while maintaining accurate records, proper equipment calibration, and safe, organized work areas.

Requirements

  • What We Are Looking For Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred, with
  • experience in aggregate, mining, and construction environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured field and lab procedures.

  • What You’ll Be Doing Collect aggregate samples from pits, quarries, stockpiles, autosamplers, and production belts following standardized procedures.
  • Travel regularly to remote sites to validate materials, interact with site personnel, and transport samples back to the lab.
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work and working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience operating drones or holding a valid drone license is an asset.
  • Work Environment Work performed in both laboratory and outdoor industrial settings.
  • Frequent travel to remote sites with significant driving required.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
  • Role may involve standing, walking, operating testing tools or machinery, and lifting up to 50lbs as part of regular job duties.
