- QUALIFICATIONS - Active, unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Texas. - Active, unrestricted DEA license in Texas. - Board certification as a PMHNP (ANCC). - Residency in Texas. - At least 1 year of professional
